We are looking for a Director of the India Representative Office who will strengthen the company’s position in existing markets and drive expansion across the APAC region, with further growth into MENA and LATAM.

What the Company Expects from the Candidate:

Deep understanding of the local mentality and the ability to effectively interact with the local team and partners.

Experience in Structured B2B Project-Based Businesses or EPC Companies.

At Least 5 Years in Leadership Roles within the APAC region. Experience in MENA and LATAM is also valuable for future expansion.

Fluency in English (Advanced level).

Proven Success in Launching or Scaling a Business in India or other key markets (e.g., UAE).

Willingness to Relocate to India or spend at least 70% of working time there.

Higher Education (Economics, Management, IT); a business degree is an advantage.

Experience Managing International, Geographically Distributed Teams of 10+ people.
Key Responsibilities and Scope of Work:

Full P&L Responsibility for the Indian office.

Developing and Executing a Strategic Growth Plan to achieve target KPIs by 2030.

Assembling and Leading a Multicultural Team.

Developing an Employee Motivation and Growth System while effectively managing cultural differences.

Expanding Business Operations in India, with future growth into MENA and LATAM regions.

Leading the Expansion of Local Manufacturing in India.
