Role: SAP CS functional Consultant/Team Lead - Production Support (in integration with HR, MM, FI, SD, ABAP, BASIS) • Managing Rollout and Enhancement Projects of CS module for multiple European countries in integration with MM and SD modules. • Problem Analysing and Handling Tickets of SAP CS module on a daily basis • Handling incident and providing solution within SLA time frame • Performing standard and non-standard changes to the functional specifications required as per the clients requirement • Preparing test cases and taking approval from client before moving new changes to production • Coordinating with the technical and functional teams in solving the tickets • Daily monitoring of the ticket bin to make sure the completion of all tickets within SLA time frame and transfer of wrongly assigned tickets to other modules • Handling Mobile solutions for the project in coordination with E-switch middleware • Handling bug reports in the mobile application • Testing of new versions of mobile software • SAP Data Migration with LSMW • Functional testing of new systems developed by SAP for the project • Raising OSS notes to SAP for performance issues in the system • Giving knowledge transfer sessions to the new team members and providing them with the support on the process • Performing integration manager activities like release of transports, giving QA approvals and assigning Fire Fighter. • Reviewing impact analysis for new changes requested by the customer. • Leading AM part of CS module along with POC for client escalations which includes interaction with customers to provide the solution correctly and within SLA time. • Monitoring performance of the CS Team and guiding them to complete all necessary tasks on time. • Preparing knowledge documentation on CS module for Knowledge Academy • Coordinating with automation team on automating some of CS business processes. • Taking care of dumps and job failures in the system and fixing them in coordination with ABAP team.

* Handle primarily Russia and CIS countries market ; * Business development for Russia and CIS countries ; * Marketing and academic support to the franchisee centers ; * Day-to-day interaction with the centers * Analyze of financial reports ; * Translation and localization support ; * Initiate pre-sales activities and liaise with clients and prospects to realize business from prospective clients. ; * To provide comprehensive research on various markets to the senior management and assist in strategy formulation and implementation. ; * Liaison with the International Trade Bodies, Chamber of Commerce and Diplomatic missions all over the world. ; * Coordinate with the Marketing team in designing the collaterals and promotion material. ; * Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact for international business division, communications with clients, vendors, faculty etc.
