He had attended program on "Global Weather Market Opportunity" in Helsinki, Finland. He was member of team who successfully got contract of Dual Polarization Weather Radar in India. Prior to this assignment, he was involved in sales & marketing profile at Bharat Electronics Limited- Defence PSU working under Ministry of Defence. At BEL, he was involved in various projects of Military Radars (Land & Based), Weather Radars, Ground Control Systems and Surveillance Products (X ray Baggage Inspection System & Battle Field Surveillance Radars). Rishi has got depth knowledge of Automatic Test equipments for fighter fleets e.g. Russians and French make & Professional and Industrial Meteorology. Rishi holds graduation degree in Electronics and Communication from the Jaypee University of Information technology Solan Himanchal Pradesh. He has interest in Economy, Politics and Social Reforms. He is learning French language.
