OPERATION SUPPORT ENGINEER
Focal point for surface reinstatement of closed-in wells in East WRFM Team. Provides first line Operations support to Field Operations Team, e.g. operability studies, trouble shooting of process problems, input in work instructions operating philosophies, procedures and practices. Initiates process optimisation studies/services in order to maximize efficiency of installed process equipment in the Area. Provide in depth Operation advice and services to ensure that the line functions can effectively manage the integrated hydrocarbon production systems to meet the AU objectives. To resolve major and/or repetitive short-term operation problems. To provide operation input to projects development, construction and commissioning. Provides technical expertise for FRPC's in consultation with Operations Technical Authorities from Operations Services. Provides PSO activity input for the integrated production plan/Rolling Activity Plan in liaison with Petroleum Engineering, Engineering and Well Services consistent with BSP Business Plan and AU Asset Reference Plan. Input to HIP, participate in HAZID, HAZOP, QRA, IPF study, technical reviews and pre-start-up audits.
Integrated Safe System of Work (ISSOW) level 1&2 Role with offshore field supervisor authority for critical activities. Supervise and manage vendors during Offshore & Onshore visits. Coordinate/ Execute offshore site surveys to supports closed in wells reinstatements, PSO /Facility review. Internal Blow Out well surface coordination and Surface facilities review. Raise Management of changes (eMOC) and liaise with Technical authority (TA) for approval and operation team for the execution process. Supporting PSO opportunities maturation or related activities. Coordinate and execute Instrument reinstatement activities for PSO gains and CIW opportunities. Provide technical reports, Cost estimate per facility upon completing of site survey and provide progress reports on a weekly basis. Schedule and monitor progress Flow line & Instrument Integrity check. Raise notifications and monitor progress of Instrumentation Checks. Prepare materials and procure instrumentation where required. Monitor well Test facility availability to ensure well can be tested upon reinstatement. Communicate any issues to relevant Production Technologists and Production Programmer for further interventions.
Manage & Supervise project engineering support personnel & vendors involved in commissioning. Inspect test, (Pre)-commission & start-up facilities ensuring procedures are implemented, acceptance criteria are met and experience is passed on to operator. Co-produce quality commissioning documentation, by input to design, review of procedure & construction planning, in their particular disciplines. Identify with team leader & construction source to resolve Technical queries, punch lists, design error and to follow up to close out agreed actions in own discipline.

INSTRUMENTATION SUPERVISOR (Commissioning and Startup)
Assist the Instrument Superintendent in the preparation of Pre-commissioning and Commissioning Procedures and the gathering of documents. Prepare the System Commissioning files as per ICAPS and System definition. Prepare the tools list and quantities of consumables necessary for Commissioning and Operation of the Buildings, Utilities, Off-sites, LNG Process Areas and Packages. Prepare, organize and conduct the Loop- and Vendor UCP packages testing as required. Prepares and updates the ICAPS Completion Dossiers as work is complete. Organizes test teams and establishes priorities for CSU Activities. Ensures that ICAPS check and test sheets are properly filled-out and that Company Representatives sign-off. Establishes and/or adheres to the follow-up of loop testing activity and clearing of punch lists. Coordinate direct and supervise the Commissioning Instrumentation per System and Subsystem with respect to schedule and man-hours. Responsible for the quality and quantity of the work performed by his assigned Instrument Technicians. Carry out functional tests and Operational Test. Propose to the Instrument Superintendent any corrective action to meet the scheduled completion dates of the assigned systems. Ensure that proper documentation is available for his technicians, Liaise with the Client, Subcontractors, Vendor Representatives, etc. as required to complete instrumentation related activities. Integrated to a Commissioning Team designated as per area, to support utility and process activities as part of the inter-discipline coordination.
