Responsibilities: • Pre Sales / Enterprise Architecture practices/consulting • Lead large RFPs/RFI Solutions (Above 10 Million AD and above 50 Million for AM deals) • Providing Solution leadership in Standard(Java/JEE) and Digital platforms (UI, APIs, OLAP/OLTP, Pipelines, Real-time data management on Spark etc.) • Application and Technology portfolio management • IT Security, Profit and Loss • Provide Seminars and Engage with Customers for highlighting our Solution Accelerators • Execution strategy - Agile, DevOps and Multi country roll out options Pre-Sales/Consulting Key Achievements: • Won a large AD deal for a leading French Bank worth 6 Million USD • Won a AD deal which involves complex Solution on niche technologies (Tibco DataSynapse, Coherence) worth 30 Million USD • Won a very large deal for a leading British Insurance company (Total deal was 100 Million+ and we won 15 million+) • Created sales leads for Capgemini sales team from one of my Singapore based defense participation • Selling of Capgemini proprietary Solution Accelerators for AD RFPs

Worked in a respected Architecture and Solutions group. My responsibilities are provided below 1) Participate in Pre-sales activities for providing solutions to new RFP/RFI 2) Work on the new proposals and take it to a logical end. 3) Provide technology demonstrations and IPs to clients and internal audiences 4) Play a role of SME between Sales people, Project Directors and Business Analysts. I have to talk in a way that all these three different professional groups can understand. 5) Work with the Project team sometimes to develop solutions for Java Applications and Big Data projects 6) Participate in Research and Development activities on new age technologies based on Cloud solutions, DevOps, Modern Data Stores, BigData etc.

Worked for a group called DES (Digital Enterprise Solutions) This group focusses on SMAC (Social, Mobile, Analytics and Cloud). Here I worked on different projects based on the Social, Analytic using Hadoop based Big Data Solutions and some research on IoT. Apart from this, I participated in Pre-Sales activities where I had to support RFPs on SMAC technologies. And also demonstration of Tech Mahindra's custom solution on IoT.

Worked in the Architecture COE and provided solutions for various business problems. Participated in RnD activities. The R&D activities involved work on Big Data based on Hadoop. And optimization of Performance. The performance optimization involves Applications, Application Servers and Databases. For this, I traveled to Germany and worked with some of Swedish and German Architects. Apart from this, I also played a role of Business Analyst. So, I meet people from the core business areas and gather information in Germany and come back to India. Then I lead the project and provide technical leadership to translate the business requirement into a technical solution.

Played the role of a Senior Technical Manager and Security Architect for GE (General Electric). Here I led the complex projects built in Java/JEE, Integration using web services and enterprise messaging. Apart from that, I was also responsible for maintaining the Application security implementations based on OWASP recommendaitons.
