Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities: * site delivery for construction with SAQ Team ; * Mentor site design activities and prepare initial (validation) and final BOQ's. ; * Schedule all sites visits (TSS, Kick-off, Hold point inspections, Acceptance visits etc.) ; * Coordinate preparation -Monitor site design team activities to ensure timely completion of site survey reports and site designs ; * Regional progress controls and database updating ; * Coordinate of site specific documentation and ensure supervisors provide it on time for acceptance ; * Report all Quality, Health and Safety Issues; * Assist CM in issuing Sub-contractor vender PO's ; * Monitor Variations and ensure no works are started at site without client/customer approval; * Coordinate with logistics to ensure on time site delivery of materials and equipment ; * Report any capacity and performance issues. * Monitor subcontractor's performances. ; * During Ongoing project supervising Tower foundation, excavation, sub foundation, Earthing installations, pcc/lean concrete and Rebar Installation ,Concrete Casting ,tower erection bolt by bolts checked, cable trays ,and DG BTS Pads . ; * Verify works completed by subcontractors for acceptance, invoicing preparation validation for payment; * Work according to target in achieving RFI, PAC & FAC. ; * Coordinate logistics issues with Logistics Team ; * Mentor the design team and coordinate with client/customer to resolve any design issues ; * Coordinate and resolve site issues with Regional and Site Supervisors ; * Coordinate site acceptances with client/customer representatives ; * Coordinate site acceptance and defect clearing with subcontractors, Regional and Site Supervisors ; * Mentor and verify specific documentations required for site acceptances ; * Ensure site acceptance is achieved within agreed time limits upon site completion ; * Participate in internal, administrative and customer project meetings. ; * Install RF & MW as per Information Technical sheet. ; * Install Aviation light with full proper connection in DG or light. * PREVIOUS EMPLOYER:
