1) Preparing freshly chopped vegetables and store them in refrigerator and use them accordingly. 2) Filling up sauces in containers and make the back-ups ready. 3) Take customer orders as per the like of the customer (vegetarian / meats) 4) Punch the order in the system and accept payments in the cash / card mode. 5) Prepare the breads to proof and bake. Add seasonings to the breads as per the bread type. 6) Do inventory on every Tuesday and monthly inventory on month end. 7) Clean table tops, glass doors and sandwich counters.

At Front Desk: Welcome and Check-in guests and Check-out guests. Allot them their room keys. Assist them with the Bell--desk department for the luggage. Call house keeping if the in room guest needs cleaning done or any amenities to be replaced. At Banquets: Set up dining tables according to the theme or functions. Set up buffet table, alongside with dessert and salad counters. Take guests requests and do the food runner task. Clear the tables after meals and serve beverages.

Vacuuming all meeting rooms. Do security check 3 times during the night shift. Run Night Audit. Ordering newspapers over the fax. Late night check-ins and Early morning check-outs of Arriving / Departing guests. Receive and allot the newspapers in the morning according to the room numbers. Hand over the Night Audit to accounts personnel.
