Involved in preventive and corrective maintenance activities of running plant. Involved in the plant maintenance activities with daily work permit system and highly safety conscious to obey the safety rules of the company, Preventive and routine maintenance of all field instruments as per standard maintenance procedure.

• Preparation of the Permits to Work (PTW, risk assessments, TRIC cards etc.) as per company procedure. • Preparation and execution of the pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities. • Interface with the Construction, Engineering, Procurement Contractor disciplines, construction personnel, vendors and subcontractors. • Supervisory of Instrument team for Commissioning. • Provide technical support to the project on commissioning. • Carried out of functional test shutdown system. • Attends and perform duties for on call assignments and emergency jobs • Pre-commissioning & Commissioning of field Instruments. • Pre -commissioning & commissioning of DCS system. • Attending Loop checking, Simulation and Commissioning of instrument devices. • Conducts weekly safety talks, raises near misses and daily checks in safety items. • Calibration of Process Instruments. • Quality Control check of installation and preparing punch lists. • Calibration Reports Preparation. • Understanding of Fire and Gas detection and alarm systems.

• Involved Pre-commissioning & Commissioning and start up activities including Instrument Calibration, Loop check, Function test, Trouble shooting, for the area of Main Boiler, HFO & ALC systems, BFD pumps, HP,IP and LP steam systems, Chemical Dosing systems, STG(steam turbine generator ) and auxiliary systems, FGD, ESP, Desalination plant & Off site area. • Red lining/ As Built of drawings. • Involved in walk down inspection witness and punch list clearance system • I have worked on Mark-VIe Turbine system. • I have worked with Vendor and assist him for working on Vibration Probe, Temperature Elements, Temperature Transmitters and other Field Instruments. • I also worked with Rotating equipment Team for removing and fix back the Instrument whenever their requirement.

• To carry out instrumentation Maintenance activities on DS-1, DS-2 & Central Processing facilities on Shell Iraq Petroleum Development Basra, Iraq. • Ensure all work is carried out in a safe manner in accordance with the onsite Permit to work system. • Attending Emergency call jobs. • Carrying out Regular online Preventive Predictive Maintenance of Process Instruments. • Controlling the testing and commissioning of new modified equipment system, machinery instrumentation. • Maintain relevant history records of Preventive / Breakdown Maintenance. • Conducts weekly safety talks, raises near misses and daily checks in safety items. • Calibration of Motor operated valves and all Pneumatic control valves. • Supervises the loop checking, testing and start-up of overhauled equipment. • Loop checking & commissioning of all instrument devices. • Involve in corrective & preventive maintenance, calibration, testing, replacing and repairs all types of Fire & Gas systems related instrument like flame detector, toxic gas detectors, combustible gas detector, H2S gas detector, Open path hydrocarbon gas detector, Smoke detector, UV lamp, Minco RTD, Manual call point, Heat detector, Multi gas detector (H2S,O2,CO,LEL,VOC), Horns and strobe light. • Ensure the correct range and trip settings on the DCS and ICS. • Experience with HART communicator “Emerson 475 Field Communicator, Fluke and Druck” multimeters and multiprocess calibrators.

• Performed Instrument Loop check, Function test, Trouble shooting, Pre-commissioning & Commissioning and start up activities of field Instruments and F&G Instruments for LNG Process area, Gas Compressor, LNG Storage Tank, Utility area & Jetty (LNG shipping area) and HVAC system for control room and substations. • Assist and support operations team during start up and normal operation activities. • Involved in total plant Instrument maintenance activities.

• Actively Involved Pre-commissioning & Commissioning and start up activities including Instrument Calibration, Loop check, Function test, Trouble shooting and Maintenance activities of all the Instruments for:- o Process area (Ethylene Cracking heaters, quench water separator, Charge gas compressor and Refrigeration compressors, EG, EO and LAO) o Utility area (Mitsubishi Steam Boilers, Kobelco Air Compressor with Turbine drive and Motor drive) o Off site area (Sea water, Cooling water pump with Turbine drive & Motor drive and Incinerator).

• Preventive and Corrective job of day to day maintenance activity. • Installation, Calibration, Loop Checking and Maintenance of all types of Electronics Smart Instruments for Level, Temperature, Pressure and Flow Transmitter makes of Emerson Rosemount. • I have worked on Emerson Rosemount Field bus Foundation Distributive Control System and Invensys TRICONEX PLC System. • I have worked on Machine Monitoring System of Bentley Nevada – 3500 series. • Involved in the activities of Loop Checking, Equipment Function Test, and ESD/EDP test to ensure the reliability of Instrument System. • Participated in final walk through before commissioning the Equipments. • Involved in the start up and commissioning activities of Pumps, Gas / Steam Turbine, Compressor with Magnetic Bearing type. • Servicing, Calibration and Trouble Shooting of Field and Panel Instruments of Electronics, Pneumatics Instruments. Day to day activities (Job Distribution, Safety Talk, Permit authorization etc) with Central Control Room.
