• Lead the Safety Management for the execution phase of the offshore installation of additional living quarter’s project. • Responsible developing the overall safety philosophy for the project and directing the EPCI contractor in all aspects of design and construction safety. • Act as Champion of Incident and Injury Free safety culture of the project in accordance with Company policies and procedures and established industry best practices. • Liaison with numerous internal and external groups, including Contractor as required. • Demonstrate a strong leadership commitment through the establishment of tangible Contractor safety practices that utilized during the construction phase of the project. • Ensure the incorporation of safe working practices for fabrication, installation, Hook up, commissioning, operation and maintenance during the design of the project. • Provides direction, guidance, and support on safety engineering throughout the project with respect to interpretation, application, and compliance with SHES standards & legislation; effective use of quantitative and qualitative risk management • Reviews adequacy of safety systems in design and contractor safety processes • Develops and implements the project SHES Plan and Emergency Response Plan • Monitors effective execution of contractors' construction safety programs and safe work practices for topsides fabrication and offshore installations, safety-related construction, Hook up and marine activities. • Reviews and evaluates contractor safety information; Assist project team in identifying project safety concerns • Provides safety & health information/expertise to the site team; Provide safety training to the site team as required • Ensures safety section of the contract bid document is complete; Inspects & audits construction sites and recommends course of action on safety performance of contractors • Verifies appropriate equipment & procedures are used for safe work performance; Conducts safety meetings periodically • Provides input for SHE&S reports to project management; Reviews adequacy of safety systems & procedures • Responsible for identifying legislation requirements and communicating these to the PMT • Responsible for the HSE performance indicators and monitoring, HSE audits execution and implementation of recommendations

• Provide safety and loss prevention information and support, including interpretations of codes, standards and practices, to Operations and Technical Group departments on existing plant and non-plant facilities, facility modifications and new projects • Participate in safety reviews (e.g. HAZOP study) to help resolve day to day operations related safety issues and helps determine safety and feasibility of minor facility modifications • Participate or leads a multi-disciplinary team in routine and special risk assessment on the entire span of client operations • Demonstrate a good understanding of factors influencing the choice of risk assessment techniques and advice on the most appropriate assessment methodologies • Prepares safety review/ risk assessment reports and provide follow up tracking advice • Participates in expansion project - design reviews, proposed facility modifications (MOC's) safety reviews and risk assessment workshops • Oversee contractors risk management activities • Possesses an understanding of loss prevention systems fit together and be able to assist and/ or write the loss prevention philosophy for projects • Participate in and provide input during Incident investigations. Assist in analysis of investigation reports to identify systemic failure and provide engineering and procedural enhancements to prevent recurrence • Participates in Safe Operations Committee meetings • Reviews and analyzes injury, property damage, and statistical loss data and works with management to prepare comprehensive recommendations for corrective action to eliminate or minimize potential hazards. • Develop and conducts specialist training course such as HAZOPS participation and incident investigation • Assists in the development and update of Emergency Management Systems • Assists with industrial hygiene surveys to identify and quantify potential occupational workplace issues • Provides advice and consultation to department staff to assist them in maintaining a safe working environment in compliance with environmental/safety regulations, standards and practices • Identifies and evaluates hazardous conditions and practices in the workplace. Undertakes surveys to identify and evaluate occupational health, safety and environmental conditions. • Ensure the HSE requirements set forth in contractual agreements are met to the satisfaction of the PMTs, assets owners and third parties • Prepare, Review / Approve Contractor HSE plans and procedures in different project phases such as Design, Engineering, Construction, Commissioning & Startup. • Participate in risk assessments, HAZID and HAZOP studies for all site activities and advice specific controls to reduce and manage the risk • Provide expertise to the construction, commissioning and start up teams to assist in the development of appropriate plans such as SIMOPS and Start up plans. Review and providing technical and operational guidance to support / finalize the training packages • Conduct regular audits for contractor's compliance with HSE Plan and Management System (policies, standards, regulatory requirements, safe work practices and safe work procedures) and issue audit reports • Participate / Led the incident investigation and present the incident report to management • Coordinate the site emergency response team and fire prevention/fighting team, organizing training and emergency drill mock activities • Monitor the construction site construction activities to identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and to interact with contractors to rectify the same • Witness as appropriate the pre-commissioning activities performed by the EPC contractor and validation of the Ready for commissioning dossiers; Witness of onshore Commissioning activities performed by EPC Contractor to ensure that their Systems reach the Ready for Start-Up status as per planning. • Liaison with Operation and Start-up team to ensure that commissioning activities risk assessment performed properly and attended by all concerned parties and any points of concern are followed-up; • Participate in the PSSR and provide recommendations to the startup team; • Assigning works to the site HSE officers and Liaise with Construction PMT representatives daily to resolve potential issues with EPC contractor compliance and performance in HSE related areas; • Guides and advises the PMT and site representatives as needed in HSE related matters HSE initiatives, reward programs, requirements, etc. • Interfaces with assets owners, third parties and PMT on the project level to provide status updates for continuous improvement. Presented HSE Training programs in varying safety topics to employees and Supervisors • Conducting process safety and HSE audits and inspections of operating facilities, preparing reports with prioritized recommendations and follow up for close outs. • Develop the competency profile for all the HSE critical tasks and activities on track, manage and ensure close out and monitor and follow up that deviations and non-conformities are identified and justified / corrected, and subsequently closed out • Initiate and monitor various process safety initiatives like operation envelopes, Alarm management, shift handover, shift meetings etc. • Establish, implement and follow up the safety metrics, leading and lagging performance indicators that will indicate the process safety performance and to facilitate the management level decision processes and also achieve shareholders KPI’s
