• Supervising and managing the production line in the manufacturing of extruder screws and barrels. • Analyzing and determining the production processes based on individual job specifications.

• Facilitate continuous production in the plant; servicing and maintaining all plant machinery and equipment. • Designing, planning and overlooking fabrication and structural components and its erection along with modification wherever necessary, in a constantly developing atmosphere. • Designing, planning and overlooking fabrication and connecting pathways and access routes with due safety considerations along with its erection. • Design work and calculations pertaining to the plant and its machinery. • Provide daily log sheet along with preventive maintenance log sheets and month end report which included the procurement cost and actual monthly utilization. • Installation, erection and commissioning of Hydrocyclone along with its pumping circuit. • Installation, erection and commissioning of Gravity and Knelson Circuit beyond mill discharge.
