I started working as an intern in Phase Electronics during my vacations/days off I had before the commencement of my new semester. The company deals with integrated security solutions and manufactures Intrusion alarm system, anti-theft burglar alarm panels. I got placed at the position of Customer Management Analyst for the time being and had to set up meetings with distributors of our product and take notes of consumer issues, supplies and requirements, sales and marketing with them. Else than that, I performed research and analysis through customer data, market trends and strategized the ways to improve customer's satisfaction and improve overall trades of the company to increase the net profit and then give a presentation on these in front of the research and development panel.
