• Work within the assigned project & to carry out preventive & corrective maintenance by weekly routine checkup, functional test & calibration at various facilities of Kuwait Oil Company. • Routine Maintenance of Fire & Gas Detection System at Booster Stations, Manifolds, Crude Recovery Plants, Crude Gathering Center, Slug Catcher & Pipeline Network. • Maintain Calibration, Function, Weekly and Monthly Status Report as per project contract. • Carry out routine calibration & function test of all the instruments in scope of the project. • Maintenance of Fire & Gas Detection Panels at various facilities of Burgan Oil Field (KOC). • To complete the overall fire & gas system maintenance during shutdown of the facilities.

• Work within assigned project & prepare detail list of items to be supplied as per ITB. • Responsible for Complete Instrumentation scope at site assigned by site RCM/ Project Manager. • Verify the BOQ/ BOM received at site with respect to approved drawings & packing list. • Ensure work Progress as per project schedule. • Maintain the Daily Progress Report of complete Instrumentation Project & assure front availability for further job. • Co-ordinate with Purchase/ Third Party Inspection at site. • Co-ordinate with Client (IOCL), PMC (Jacobs), Sub Contractor, Vendors for the relevant job scope & resolve technical issues through conference meetings. • Preparing As- Built drawing after complete Project Erection. • Preparing Records for various activities like Inspection Test Plan, Incoming Material Inspection Report, Erection, Installation, Calibration, Loop Checking & Interlock Checking. • Assistance to project manager, man hour projection and budget monitoring. • Responsible for Inspection & Supervision of Erection, Calibration, Commissioning, Loop Checking, Interlock Checking of Field Instruments in Fire & Gas Detection System, ESD System & DCS. • Erection & Commissioning of Rim Seal Fire Protection System as per the drawing. • Erection & Commissioning of Servo Level Transmitters, Temperature Interface Probe & Radar Level Transmitters of Tank Gauging System as per approved drawing. • Erection & Commissioning of Field Instruments in Hydrogen Compressor used to compress hydrogen up to 80 Kg/ Square Cm. • Impulse Tubing & Impulse Piping of Field Instruments (Rosemount, Siemens, and Honeywell). • Knowledge of Installation, Commissioning, Calibration, Stroke Checking, Control Valve Positioners (Siemens, Metso), Maintenance of Control Valves, On-Off Valves, Pressure Safety Valve, Thermal Relief Valve, Pressure Vacuum Valve. • Knowledge of Instrumentation Communication System like HART, FOUNDATION FIELDBUS

• Provide onsite service to customer for Installation, Commissioning, Calibration & Troubleshooting of Process Instruments like Flow Meter, Pressure Transmitter, Temperature Transmitter, Level Transmitter and Control Valve Positioner. • Functional Block Programming using Siemens SIMATIC PDM, SITRANS DTM, Emerson AMS Device Manager, Honeywell Field Device Manager. • Managing customer’s complaints & providing remote technical support about installation, commissioning & troubleshooting of instruments. • Successfully completed Instrumentation scope in Pidilite Industries Ltd, Torrent Power Ltd, Grasim Industries Limited, SRF Chemicals Ltd, N.R. Aggarwal Industries.

• Manufacturing, Electrical Calibration, Gas Calibration, Testing & Troubleshooting of Field Instruments like Toxic/ Non Toxic/ Combustible/ Non Combustible Gas Transmitter, Data Logger, Timer, Scanner, Counter, Gas Analyzer, Humidity Transmitter, Multichannel Monitoring System, Temperature Controller, Pressure Controller & Humidity Controller. • Providing Remote & On- Site service to the customers for Erection, Installation & Commissioning of Gas Transmitter, Scanner, Data Logger, Multichannel Monitoring System & Gas Analyzer. • Successfully completed Annual Maintenance Contract in Petronet LNG, Gharda Chemicals Ltd, Teva Pharmaceuticals Industries Ltd, Sand Vick Asia Pvt.
