 Responsible for the setup and configuration of completions Management System. Easyplant” for project requirements.  Monitoring data population from source design engineering data. Oversee the management of change process.  Conducting weekly site Walkthrough Inspection together with contractor and client to oversee the violations regarding quality issues and take steps to address the issue.  Investigate and analyze the root causes of violation and take preventive measures in the same that it will not repeat in future.  Preparation and submission of Weekly/Monthly QC Reports to QA/QC Head Office and Client.  Monitoring and maintaining track record of completed pressure testing of test package of project  Verifying and issuing of certification for mechanical completion, Pre-commissioning & Commissioning through to handover to client.  Management and control of all projects verification activities for all the project phases.  Issuing of progress and status reports to management on a predetermined basis.  Responsible for mechanical completion handovers from construction through to commissioning, start up and ultimately operations.  Compilation of mechanical completion and commissioning handover dossiers for client approval and plant acceptance.  Ensuring all A,B,C punch items are cleared prior to handover  Raising Site Engineering Query / Request for information to consultant for deviation on scope of project/ impact on schedule which were not described in project documents and raised during monitoring of above and underground welding operation  Preparation of Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Technical queries (TQ), Method of Statements and Inspection Requests.  Preparation of Quality Control forums (QCF) as per job requirement and coordinating with client QA/QC Representative & Construction Representative for Inspection and approval.  Carry out planned inspections, Surveillance inspections and release hold points by signing various qualities as proof of inspection confirming to Project specification & Method statements,  Monitor performance of the Contractor/ Sub-contractor and identify, raise any quality / workmanship concern with the RE  Liaise with the QA QC Engineers / Inspectors for day-to-day quality issues.  Perform internal audits and site Surveillance Audits.  Ensure the Sub-contractor has a current Audit plan/scheduled.

 Checking all the Furnished and installed piles in accordance with Project Drawings,  Quality Control of the work involved in the construction of Fire hydrant Chamber, Fire Monitor Chamber, Buried Valve Pit,  Reinforcement of Heavy Tank foundation which include deep Excavation, Dewatering, and Backfilling,  Inspect foundation and bolt elevation prior to erection  Performed Pile Statics Load Test and Dynamic pile testes required,  Making sure the Pilling location has probed by drilling holes , or surveyed using geophysical technology if necessary ,  Carrying out Inspection of Fabrication and lying for annular plates & bottom plates for 9 numbers of tanks with different capacities,  Weld Visual Inspection of storage Tanks, Pipes & Still Structure,  Carrying out the Inspection for Tank flatness , Roundness & Peaking and Banding,  Preparing Test Package of Hydraulic Test of EPC Tanks,  Carrying out inspection of the Nozzles installation for the Roof / shell ,  Check dispose of all debris, including pile cut-offs and earth spoil from pre-drilling or auguring at site (s) designated by company,  Verifying all the pilling location are free from underground interference such as buried pipes , sewers, drains , gas and water pipes , electricity and other cables , underground structures , whether or not the location and depth of any of the foregoing has been previously recorded on the plans or in other documentation ,  Reporting to Construction manager if any obstruction encountered observed at the pile location,  Coordinating with Geodesic group to set all piles location stakes to comply with the project drawings,  Establish and Identify local bench marks providing coordinate base and elevation datum,  Checking dewatering as necessary to keep the work sufficiently dry to perform pile Installation

 Coordination with Site Engineers and Site Supervisors in day to day works.  Preparation of Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Technical queries (TQ), Method of Statements and Inspection Requests.  Review of AFC & as built drawings.  Material Receiving and Preservation Inspection as per approved ITP, Project Specifications and Qatar Standards.  Carrying inspection of Material Listing/Labeling, Dimensions and verification of vendor documents with materials, material test certificates, and approved vendor lists based on purchase  Coordination with Subcontractor’s site staff for all related activities.  Monitoring the Civil & Structural scope of works for conformance with the provisions of the contract documents and the procedures manual.  Reviewing the contractor’s project record documents relevant to their discipline.  Signing off on completed Civil & Structural works with completed documentation.  Monitor all quality related activities on the project,  Verify Client Quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.  Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements  Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the Consultant & Clint representatives.  Control all achieves documentation upon the completion of the project
