KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB DESCRIPTION * Planning, scheduling and conducting the Quality Systems Audits within organization, second party audit for subcontractors. ; * Preparing, implementing, monitoring, revising and updating of the Contract Quality Control Plan, Quality Control Procedure, ITP and Quality Manual for the project. ; * Review & secure contractor's implementation of Quality Management and Quality Control Plans, Quality-related project documentation & Quality records, ensuring Quality surveillance /verification process is in place ; * Review, Monitor and follow-up Contractor performance as per Contract Quality requirements. ; * Implementation and monitoring of all Contract Specific Procedures, Work Instructions, technical requirements, Procedure Qualification Test (PQT). ; * Monitor the construction activities of the contractor in the field to ensure that work is accomplished efficiently and in accordance with schedule and project specification. ; * Ensures that a comprehensive QA/QC is in place to monitor quality of all aspects of the project. ; * Monitors work in-progress and completed to ensure that the work is of a quality and character that meets the requirements projects specification. ; * Responsible for to maintain Records of Quality activities, hand over documentation including, check list, punch list, Handover dossier, as built. ; * Prepares quality Control reports, review and approve method statement. ; * Responsible for raising and resolution of NCR, CAR, SOR, Corrective Action, Preventative Actions and quality problems. ; * Manage the NCR, CAR programs with a direct link to PMC quality Manager on all issues. ; * Manage and monitor nonconformities with respect to the QMS Procedure ; * Follow up the Corrective and Preventive actions; Ensure investigations are conducted and root causes are identified. ; * Identify and address all interface issues with other contractors/packages with respect to Pre commissioning /commissioning. ; * Responsible for witnessing and monitoring commissioning activities performed by Contractor. ;
