Primary Function: • On-site supervisor for Implementation of Drilling/Workover operations and ensuring that they are completed as per schedule and cost goals, and in safe and accurate manners. • Responsible for Daily reports to the Drilling Manager on the progress of operations. • Responsible for management of all project costs and accuracy in cost data and reports. • Worked closely with subsurface teams, engineers and vendors in the design and implementation of all aspects of a project • Efficiently supervise and ensure safe and effective work practices as per company’s policy and regulations • Facilitated delivery with suppliers of materials and services required for Drilling/Workover operations. • Prepare & submit End of the well reports. • Assist in Planning of Horizontal frack candidate wells in tight sand gas play with lateral length up to 1400 m, > 7-8 deg/30 m DLS & TVD constraints. • Assist in selection of Drilling rig & associated services. • Workover Planning and execution of legacy wells which marked the history of Indian oil and gas discovery in Cambay Basin. • Remedial workover jobs including wellbore clean up, well re-completion with Artificial Lift (mainly SRP, HLP etc.). • Planning and execution of rig less Well services operations such as o Wireline/ E-line Operations– Packer setting, Bridge Plug Setting, Perforation etc. o Routine Slick line intervention – Pressure Gradient Survey/Sand bailers/ Wax build clean up etc. o Coil tubing operation, Gas Compressor, Hot Oil circulation, Steam injection etc. • Analyse Well problems, Well Integrity related issue, recommend and implement the corrective measure/activities to maintain and restore the same. Major Achievements: • Successfully completed Cambay-77H; First horizontal multi-frack Well in India for producing tight gas in prolific Cambay Basin.

Project Handled Project: Drilling Services Client: Gujarat Natural Resources Limited, Mehsana, Gujarat Role: Petroleum Engineer • Functional reporting to the Drilling Supervisor. • Assisted drilling team in the development, planning and scheduling in the operation of oil and gas well drilling. • Inform the Drilling Supervisor immediately of any significant problem, incident or change to program • Prepare the Daily Drilling Operational as well as Daily Cost Reports. • Specifying equipment, material and ratings and grades to be used in the during drilling process • Maintain daily records of operational hours on bit, drilling jars, mud-motors, MWD tools, shock-tools, and other down hole tools • Assist Drilling Supervisor in supervision of cementing activities, BOP tests, and choke manifold tests • Worked closely with the Reservoir, Production and Service Company personnel to ensure a SAFE, efficient operation. • Assist the Senior Drilling Supervisor and HSE Advisor, on HSE inspections of the Rig. • Compile and maintain hard copies of all required technical data sheets for tools and materials used in drilling operations, and ensure that this data is readily available for the drilling supervisors Major Achievements: • Successfully completed the drilling of 3 vertical well namely SD#1, ND#1 & ND#2 in Mehsana & Tarapur area. Project: Workover Services Client: ONGC, Gujarat, India Role: Petroleum Engineer • Ensuring the accomplishment of the Completion and/or Workover operations objectives in compliance with company policies and codes of practice, safety and environmental protection, all while optimizing costs and lead times. • Prepare and submit the Daily Workover Operational Reports to the client. • Perform Installation of different type of Artificial Lift system like SRP, HLP, PCP etc. • Ensure the suitability to operational requirements of personnel, equipment and services. • Aim to improve equipment, services and operational procedures. • Ensure competency of crew and personnel safety. Major Achievements: • Successfully completed Workover of different wells of ONGC in Ahmedabad Asset.
