Crushing capacity increased from previous high 4800 to 6000 Tons by addition of new projects like jetty inside cane unloaders (to improve feeding), replacing Hydraulic drive by Planetary gear with DC drive, 5th mill addition, Accessories modification & introduction of wet scrubber in 2x50T boilers (to enhance total generation 100-110 TPH), Vapour line JH, improving equipment condition, etc.
Refined sugar production achieved maximum up to 620 TPD from previous high 480 by introduction of parallel imported raw sugar bulk storage, melting station, installing additional DBF, sugar handling equipment, rotary drier, grader, SS lining to MS bins, manual 1T Jumbo bagging system, sugar bag warehouse, etc.
Pol% Bagasse minimized to ever low season average 1.3 from previous1.6.
Off-season imported raw sugar processed to ever high 72 days with introduction of steam saving measures/ enhancing plant PLF.
Distillery capacity increased from 30 to 45 KLPD by addition of new Fermenters, Rectifier columns, spent wash evaporator modification, etc.
Plant operation manpower reduction in 6 locations.
