1. Serve as day to day interface with contractor craft labor providing a focus on safety & quality. 2. Interfaces primarily Projects Manager, Supervisor, Construction Superintendent and Project Engineers. 3. Site supervision to the Contractor to ensure that all construction activities are executed safely, cost effectively and to schedule, delivering facilities fit-for-purpose meeting defined safety and quality standards and established project objectives. 4. Project HSE initiatives on the sites & ensure compliance with company’s and contractors HSE plans and procedure. 5. Interface with QA / QC personnel to address quality issues / progress. 6. Ensures the approved work plan, technical procedures, specification and codes are properly implemented 7. Ensures that all field work carried out by the Contractor or his appointed sub-contractor is carried out safely and within the site Work Permit requirements 8. Interface with project engineer/contractor on any changes to project specification and requirements utilizing Quality Manual Procedures (Site technical query, NCR, etc) 9. Reports daily to the Construction Superintendent on project status, work plans and issues. Monitors/controls movement of project material issued to contractor. Interface with logistic for timely deliveries of material 10. Installation of Equipments, Pumps & Process Skid on Vessel as per installation procedures. 11. Performing in-process inspections during all phases of all mechanical equipment installation. 12. Sign work permits on behalf of Client and to ensure that contractor compliance with conditions fixed on consolidated work permits. 13. Prepare Punch list for finished work prior to load-out from fabrication yard and prior to hand-over to Client. 14. Make sure all punch lists from Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT's) are cleared before Ready for Commissioning walk down. 15. Conducting safety meeting / providing safety leadership / coaching as well as participate in safety meeting. 16. Participate, coach & assist contractor personnel in effective pre – task planning measures in JSA’s & toolbox meetings. 17. Coordinating with various departments, yard, ware house, yard material store for installation preparation

1. Understand the scope of work, contract type and mile stone schedule. 2. Coordinating in preparation / checking of drawings, method statement & specifications as per relevant codes. 3. Coordination with planning and scheduling for the project scope and review of schedule. 4. Arrange Pre-Engineering /pre-construction Survey for the top side modification work, feasibility study of equipment & heavy structure installation, pipe routing. 5. Provide assistance and review of Offshore Hook up check Sheet. 9. Laying new different sizes pipelines between two platforms and from onshore to offshore platform including, free span correction, pipeline laying, cable laying, crossing, riser installation, hydro test. 10. Attend coordination and interface meetings between client, contractor, sub contractor, regulatory bodies. Also, involves in the interface with the issues during project execution, Project planning & technical issuances with Contractor/ Sub-Contractors. 11. Coordinating with various departments, yard, ware house, yard material store for offshore hook up preparation. 12. Attend HAZOP, HAZID and TRA (JSA). 13. Implement the HSE practice with respect to the HSE culture and in compliance with the client’s specification, statutory regulation towards the safe and quality project deliverables. 14. Offshore execution and progress monitoring as per the schedule and plan. 15. Pre-fabrication & fabrication activity at workshop / yard. 16. Assisting in coordinating in the preparation and execution of project inspections for the proper handing over to clients. 17. Structural material inspection, structural fabrication & T, K & Y joints fabrication & inspections. 18. Responsible for Hydro testing and Pneumatic testing of piping system and reinforcement pads. 19. Conversant with ASME, ASTM, Sec. VIII, Sec. IX, AWS D1.1, DNV, BS & EN Standards etc. 20. Witness and approval of the Qualification for WPS, PQR and WPQR – As per ASME Sec IX & AWS D1.1.

Work in conjunction with the subcontractors' supervision, planning engineers, and the Construction Engineer, develop detailed daily and weekly work plans in accordance with the planning schedule. 3. Checking all erected static equipment is plumbed, square and aligned properly and free of damage before final bolting or grouting operations. Ensuring that all alignment and fit-up of mechanical equipment is completed in strict accordance with the applicable standards and procedures. 6. Ensure that all subcontractors' supervision and manpower are instructed in and comply with all aspects of Health, Safety, Environment and Security (HSES) policy, site regulations, permit to work procedures and instructions. 7. Responsible for the HSES and quality aspects of the work within assigned areas and for ensuring subcontractors complete their work in accordance with the schedule. 8. Coordinate with QA/QC Department for follow up of stage wise acceptance of construction activity as per approved procedures/acceptance standards, NDT coverage, line walk down, punch list clearance, hydro testing, flushing and reinstatement. 9. Fabrication and inspection of Topside Modules at Offshore & onshore. 10. Performing Raw material inspection: Visual, Dimensional, verification of correctness, identification & correlation with manufacturer test certificate. 11. Verifying of the controlling of welding consumables, Welding process SMAW, SAW, FCAW and TIG welding, Welding procedures and documents. 12. Check the fit-up of joint for proper alignment as per drawing & checking conformance to requirement of the welding procedure. 13. Visual inspection of weld joints followed by NDT as per approved ITP & specification. 14. Final walk down for Pipeline checking as per P&ID, Isometric for the details of material & instrument Tag nos. 15. Witnessing and approval of the Qualification for WPS, PQR and WPQR – As per, ASME Sec IX, AWS D1.1 Review and approval of Heat Treatment procedures. 16. Mechanical Completion inspection of Pipeline as per approved GAD & P& ID before hydro-test.

1. Participate in reviewing detailed design drawings, method statements, material requisitions, and etc. 2. Co-ordinate mobilization of contractors on site. 3. Supervise and approve construction activities and co-ordinate various aspects of project construction including inspections, material submissions and working drawings from contractors, and processing documentation as required. 4. Mechanical Completion inspection of Pipeline as per approved GAD & P& ID before hydro-test. 11. Witness Hydro testing of piping as per Hydro test procedure. 12. Performed as a Shutdown Coordinator involved in Pre-shutdown activities as Shift Blinds, Tools, and Tackles, Scaffolding Material, Equipment Mobilization, Manpower Mobilization etc. 13. Supervise and Coordinate all static equipment related Execution work in assigned area in accordance with approval task list and working procedure. 14. Witnessing procedure qualification test, welder qualification test, weld repairs, hydro test, and pneumatic test and monitoring other NDT activities like UT, MPT, DPT and RT.
