Ensure that projects are delivered on time (as per plan / schedule), at the budgeted effort / cost at and at the quality which the client requires. • Responsible for Successful delivery and Training of Multimedia Learning, Technology-enhanced learning (TEL), Computer-based instruction (CBI), Computer-based training (CBT),computer-aided instruction (CAI), internet-based training (IBT), web-based training (WBT), online education, M-Learning and Virtual education technology products training, Instruction Design and Story Board Design and ensure that all youth and teachers are trained in their respective regions. • Responsible for smooth communication with the client, the team and management. • Responsible for Create and provide plans, status updates etc. Proactively identify project risks and find ways to mitigate them. • Responsible for project team performance to organizational processes. Work with the team to identify solutions to project problems and issues. • As a leader of the project team, provide direction and motivation to the team.
